1 c butter, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 lbs powdered sugar
2 14oz bags flaked coconut
24 oz chocolate chips
1 lb walnuts or pecans, chopped
1/4 lb paraffin wax( look with the canning supplies in the grocery store)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter,milk. sugar, coconut and nuts. Roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheets and chill

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin together in a saucepan over low heat, or in the microwave. Keep warm over very low heat.

Place a toothpick in the candy and dip into chocolate. Place on foil or waxed paper lined sheets and refrigerate until hardened or freeze until needed.

Makes 12 dozen.. Use a VERY large bowl ( I use my roasting pan.) Always a hit at Christmas, and makes nice gifts, because they keep very well.
