1 lb hamburg
1 green pepper,sliced
(1) 14,5 oz can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp hot sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. Onion,sliced
1/2 cup celery,sliced
( 1) 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp chili powder
6 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburg in fry pan. Brown well and add onion,celery, and pepper. Drain fat , add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce,oregano, chili powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 1 hour or more. Add the meat mixture to the elbow macaroni and mix well. Serve with carrot salad.
