1/3 c. seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil (or to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1.2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the vinegars, oil, garlic, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Seal jar and shake well.
