1 1/2 tsp plus 1 Tbsp butter, divided
2 cups chocolate chips - semi sweet
1pkg milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 11 x 7 x 2 inch pan with foil. Grease the foil with 1 1/2 tsp butter, set aside.

In heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and remaining butter over low heat, stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in the milk and extracts until well blended/ Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set.

Using the foil, lift fudge out of pan. Discard the foil. cut fudge into 1 inch pieces. Store in refrigerator.
