Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly wash lettuce, dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Put in large salad bowl. Add croutons and asiago cheese. Toss with dressing...just add enough dressing to coat lettuce. Slice baked chicken breast. Put salad on plates, top with sliced chicken...my kids love barbecue sauce drizzled over the chicken...Delicious!!
Croutons:
Drizzle cubed bread with olive oil, add seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Chicken:
Place chicken breasts on lined baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Sometimes I barbecue the chicken too.
Dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
