1 White Cake Mix
1 15 1/2 oz can Sliced Pears (cut very small)
2 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
Save the Juice from the Pears

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except the pears. Then fold in the pear pieces by hand.
Preheat over to 325º. Pour mix into greased and floured pan. Bake approximately 50 - 55 minutes. I sprinkle 10X sugar on top after it has cooled.
