3 c. Peeled Apples (sliced)
1/3 c. Brown Sugar (packed)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (thawed(
Seasoned Salt (optional)
3/4 c. Apple Juice
1 T. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples and place in a large bowl; mix brown sugar, cinnamon and add to apples. Stir to coat apples slices - set aside.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray & heat to medium high heat; place chops in skillet & sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook for 15 minutes, turning chops every 4 to 5 minutes.

Combine apple juice and cornstarch; stir well & pour over pork chops. Top with sliced apple mixture. Reduce heat to medium, cover skillet and cook an additional 10 minutes.
