4 slices Bacon
6-8 Green Onions
1 Large Can Diced Tomato
2 Medium Heads of Cabbage - shredded
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 T. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove. Saute' onion in drippings until soft. Add vinegar, spices and tomatoes to electric skillet; then add cabbage. Cover and simmer for at least 45 minutes. Add the crumbled bacon when cabbage is done.

I use the petite diced tomatoes and I add water as needed because the liquid does cook out. I cook longer because I like the cabbage soft. I don't actually shred the cabbage I just slice it up.
