1 & 1/2 cup water
2 med eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
2 & 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup peanut butter natural,crunchy
3/4 cup unbleached flour
3/4 cup rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 . Mix liquid ingredients together. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour wet mixture into the dry and mix well with mixer until smooth.

Roll into ball and place on floured wax paper. Roll or pat out to a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes then turn off oven and leave biscuits in oven for 1 hour.
