1 c. coarsely torn fresh bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/4 c. coarsely chopped fresh parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke heart, drained and chopped
1 jar (12 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained &
chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

2. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs 1/4 c. of
cheese & parsley; set aside.

3. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour
cream, remaining cheese, artichoke mixture top
with bread crumb mixture. Then drizzle with olive
oil.

4. Bake uncovered 35 min. or until heated through.
Serve with your favorite dippers
