Directions:
Make Bruschetta following the "Tomato and Basil Bruschetta" recipe. Let sit at room temperature for about twenty minutes.
Brown sausage in a pan, drain and let cool.
Follow directions with the pizza crust for cooking.
Cover pizza crust with the Bruschetta mixture.
Spread Mozzarella cheese over that.
Spread sausage on next and pepperoni if you want some. (I like it that way)
Using a hand grater lightly cover the top with some fresh Parmesan.
Bake according to the pizza crust directions. usually about fifteen minutes. We like the starter crusts from Schwanns but have also used the ones from the store and homemade.
