6 medium red potatoes cut into fourths
1 cube butter
1/2 cup milk
cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cover and cook red potatoes in boiling water until almost done.

2) Drain most of the water and add frozen peas. Cook until both peas and potatoes are cooked.

3) Add 1 cube of butter, 1/2 cup milk, and thicken with corn starch. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until thickens.
