1 large can sauerkraut
1 large onion
4 med potatoes
1 grated apple
1 med grated potato
2 lbs ham
Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in crockpot. Drain and rinse saucerkraut. Mix to it the grated onion,apple and potato.place in crockpot and add ham on top. Cook slow for 6 hours on low heat or high for 2- 3 hours. Pork chops may be substitute for the ham.
