Ingredients:  
1 med head cauliflower, broken into pieces
1 1/4 c sour cream
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp seasoned chicken stock base (dry granules)
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 c walnuts-chopped
1/4 c dried bread crumbs-add to 1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp onion salt

Cook cauliflower-drain & place in casserole
Mix next five ingredients and spoon over cauliflower evenly. do not mix

Now mix walnuts, crumbs, butter marjoram leaves and salt over low heat. Mix and sprinkle this over top- again do not mix up with food in casserole-just put over top as evenly as possible.

Bake covered at 400º for 10 minutes, then uncovered 5-10 minutes.
