1 large cabbage
2 pounds ground beef
1 Tsbp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup hot salsa
3 eggs
1 handful uncooked rice
1 medium onion, grated

Sauce
1 (28 oz) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 large onions, sliced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 (16 oz) can concentrated lemonade*
1/2 cup hot salsa
1 Tsbp bbown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage leaves until lime (2-3 minutes usually)
Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, salsa, eggs, rice and grated onion and set aside.

In a sauce pan combine all ingredients for the sauce. Bring to boil and simmer until cabbage rolls are ready.
Place heaping tablespoon of meat mixture on each leaf. Tuck ends in and roll up.
Place in 6-quart casserole.**
Pour sauce over cabbage rolls.
Bake in 350 degree oven, covered for 4 hours and uncovered for 1 additional hour.

*Since I usually double the recipe, I use a 2 (12 oz) cans of lemonade concentrate
**I do not use a casserole; by using a large Pyrex baking dish there will be plenty of room for a sinlgle layer.
Three hours covered and 1 hour uncovered is plenty of time.
