1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. frozen spinach (thaw and drain WELL)
1 can water chestnuts
3-4 green onions
1 pkg. Knorr Leek Soup

Directions:
Hollow out a round loaf of sourdough bread: put spinach dip into cavity. Use pieces of bread from the center to dip. I usually buy a pkg. of sourdough rolls to use also.
