Ingredients:  
White potatoes 6-7 regular
Sweet potatoes 3-4 large
Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup
8 oz. cream of cheese with chive
sour cream 1/2 cup each bowl.

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in separate bowls and mash. Divide cream cheese and blend in each. Add sour cream to each. Add parmesan cheese to the white potatoes and cheddar to the sweet potatoes. Layer in a baking dish and sprinkle cheeses on top. (I added asiago cheese for better flavor).
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes
Eat em up yum!!!
