1/2 lb. bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1.2 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (16 oz) can pork & beans, undrained
1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans,drained
1 (16 oz) can butter beans, drained
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 tsp dry mustard

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and discard drippings (except small amount). Set bacon aside.
Cook ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in bacon drippings in skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well (a collander works fine).
Combine bacon, ground beef mixture and remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into an ungreases 2-quart casserole. Cove and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until thoroughly heated.

I doubled the recipe for Cortney's party. Also just heated it on the stove and didn't put it in the oven Seems to work either way. Not you low fat recipe but yummy!
