3 oz. Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Dry Sherry
3/4 oz. Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Accent
1/4 Tbsp Salt
Pinch of Garlic Powder

Blend all ingredients. Cover Beef, Pork, Chicken or Seafood with the marinade and chill for 4 hours.
