1 1/2 lbs. peeled and deviened shrimp
1/4 c. butter
1 med. yellow onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 can chicken broth
1 jar (3 oz.) pimento-stuff olives, drained (about 1/2 c.)
1 tbsp. small caper, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season shrimp, if desired, with salt and ground
black pepper. In 12-inch nonstick skillet melt
butter over med-high heat and cook shrimp,
turning once, 3 min. or until shrimp turns pink.
Remove to platter and keep warm.

2. In same skillet, cook onion, stirring occasionally
4 min. or until golden. Stir in garlic and red
pepper flakes and cook 30 seconds. Stir in
remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over
high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3
min. Return shrimp to skillet and heat through.
Serve, if desired, with rice.
