Ingredients:  
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16 ounce carton sour cream (non fat works fine)
seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup Durkee Onions (optional)
noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in seasoned (salt & pepper) boiling water
Reduce heat and cooke until chiken can be shredded
Mix soup and sour cream together
Shred chicken and add soup mixture
Place in baking disk
Stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Top with Durkee Onions
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
Serve over rice or noodles
