2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
3 tbsp soy sauce
10 oz water chestnuts finally chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves minced

Apricot sauce-

1 cup apricot jam
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape into small bite size balls. Place on baking sheet with sides. Bake at 375 for about15 minutes. Serve hot with apricot sauce

Sauce - in a small bowl combine ingredients,stir well, pour over meatballs. If using as an appetizer,make meatballs small (about 40 for the recipe) .pour sauce in a serving bowl and dip meatballs using toothpicks
