1/2 tsp. baking powder
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and grate. Add salt to taste. Add baking powder and enough flour to make stiff. Drop in boiling water and boil until they rise to the top.

Delicious with a good pork roast and dark pork gravy! My mother (Marie Bogner-Stovie) called these her "dirty dumplings".
