1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1c. quick cooking oats

ICING:
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2-4 tblsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Blend in egg, peanut butter, baking soda, salt and vanilla.
Stir in flour and oats.
Greas 13X9 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350.
Immediately after taking out of oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over bars and allow them to get soft. Mix remaining icing ingredients and spread on top of chocolate chips.
