1/2 lb. wieners, cut in small pieces
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 16 oz cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown wieners, celery, and onion in butter until tender. Add the next four ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally.

Pour into 1 1/2 qt baking dish.

Combine next three ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto pork and bean mixture.

Bake in 400º for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
