Crust:
1/2 C butter
1/4 C shortening
1/2 C sugar
2 C flour
1/4 tsp salt

Lemon Filling:
1 C sugar
3 T flour
2 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 C water
1 T grated lemon rind/zest
1/4 c lemon juice
2 T butter

Drizzle:
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix together until particles are fine. Reserve 1 cup. Press remainder into bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake in 350º oven for 12-15 minutes.

Filling: Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until very thick. Spread filling over partially-baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Drizzle with glaze. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes.
