Eight large potatoes, unpeeled
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1/4 lb butter (one stick)
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender but still quite firm. Drain and let cool before peeling. Shred potatoes. In a buttered two quart casserole, place a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and dot with butter. Repeat until all potatoes have been used. In not ready to bake, store in refrigerator. Just before baking, pour whipping cream over all. Bake in a 375º oven for 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
