Ingredients:  
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup crisco
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix dry ingredients. Cut crisco in with a fork until it resembles course crumbs. Slowly mix in boiling water until mixture is smooth. Mix with hands to completely form a smooth ball of dough.

2) Take a bit in hand and pull it out and roll into circular shape with rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.

3) Spray large skillet lightly with cooking spray and cook tortillas on low-medium heat. Flip when start to "bubble".
