3 - 4 lb. rolled or rump roast
1 C water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
12 oz bottle beer
1 oz brandy
1 envelope dry onion soup or gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Roast meat as usual. After cooking slice thin. To pan juices, add water, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Place sliced meat in the juices. Cover with beer, brandy and soup mix. Cover the pan with foil and bake 1 1/2 hr at 300º. Serve on buns or hard rolls.
