1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom...mix cake mix with margarine and two eggs. Grease 13X9 pan, then spread mixture into pan. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar (reserving about a 1/4 of a cup) and beaten eggs. Pour over first layer. Sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar.
