1 (3oz) box strawberry Jello
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups (1 envelope) Dream Whip dessert topping, 3/4 cup whipping cream, or Cool Whip
Strawberries, extra Cool Whip and mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve contents of Jello package and 1/4 cup sugar in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 3/4 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Whip 3/4 cup whipping cream, prepare Dream Whip, or just measure the Cool Whip and add one of these to thickened mixture. Blend well--a hand mixer works well. Chill in large mold or individual molds until firm. Garnish and serve.
