1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 cabbage, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. rice, cooked
Salt and pepper
1 c. tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up and shred cabbage and place in casserole dish. Brown ground beef and drain fat. Mix in onion, celery and rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. (You may add green pepper if you wish.) Cover all with tomato soup and bake at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes.

For a fancier version, put a layer of cabbage on the bottom, then rice, then meat, then vegetables and then cover with tomato soup and bake.
