1/2 pkg Hash Brown Shreds thawed
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups shredded hot pepper cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 Fully Cooked Sausage Links thawed & diced
8 strips Fully Cooked Bacon Slices thawed and chopped
1 cup milk
9 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Place hash browns into lightly sprayed 11x7-inch baking dish and press down evenly to form a potato crust.

3. Drizzle butter evenly over crust and bake for 25 minutes.

4. Arrange cheeses, sausage and bacon over hash brown crust.

5. Beat together milk and eggs and pour over cheese and meat.

6. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
