1/2 lb Italian Sausage
1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 Bell Pepper
1 sm onion (chopped)
4 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 heaping tbsp whole fennel seed
1 tbsp salt
1 rounded tsp black pepper
1 rounded tsp oregano
1 tbsp sugar
12 oz tomato paste
12 oz V-8 juice
6 Kaiser rolls
6 slices of mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and hamburger.
Add all other ingredients except rolls and cheese.
Simmer for at least an hour.
Put meat and cheese on the rolls.
Put under broiler for about five minutes until cheese is melted.
