Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (I use Angus beef for better flavor)
4 large potatoes – boiled
˝ cup chopped green bell pepper
˝ cup chopped onion
1 tbsp adobo original seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
˝ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Lawry’s season salt
˝ tsp Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup flour
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil to 365°F

Mix beef, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice and set aside. In a small bowl combine dry ingredients except for the flour. In a large bowl mash the potatoes then mix in the beef mixture as well as the dry ingredient mixture.

Take enough of the beef and roll into walnut-sized balls, coat with flour. Drop the meatballs in the hot oil and cook on all side until lightly brown. Take out and drain on paper towel and serve warm with your favorite hot sauce!
