3 Large Ripe Bananas
1 Cup of Sugar
1 ½ Cups of Flour
1 Large Egg
¼ Cup Melted Butter or Margarine
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts (Optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º degrees

Put ALL ingredients except for the nuts into a large bowl and mix with a large Spoon. Add nuts if desired.

Pour into prepared loaf pan or mini loaf pans. For standard loaf pan, bake 1 Hour or until toothpick comes out clean from center of loaf. My mini loaf pan requires only 30 minutes to bake. The tops of the loaves will be a golden brown and the center will be moist but firm.
