8 Cups of Water
8 Tablespoons Knorr Bullion (Sabor Caldo De Pollo)
6 New Potatoes (Red) or 3 Large Russet Potatoes cut into pieces
2 Corn Cobs Cut in Half
2 Celery Stocks cut into 1.5 Inch Sections
1 Jalapeño
½ Head of Cabbage cut into large chunks
1 Zucchini cut into pieces
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 small chopped Onion
2 Carrots cut into pieces
3 stems of Cilantro
1 Clove of Garlic - Minced
8 Chicken Pieces (legs)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water and fully cook the chicken with black pepper, onion, garlic and celery. Add the Bullion, potatoes, corn and carrots; continue to boil for 10 Minutes. Add zucchini and jalapeño (put slits in the side of the jalapeño before adding) and boil an additional 5 Minutes. Add cilantro and cabbage, reduce heat and Simmer for 5 Minutes.

Serve with warm tortillas
