Break entire loaf of bread
2 cans chicken broth (warmed)
1 cup chopped celery
Medium Onion
1-2 T. butter
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add onion & Sautee until no longer crisp. When almost complete add a small amouth of milk to bottom of pan. Pour onion and rest of ingredients onto bread until quite soggy. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
