2 lbs beef stew meat
1 can tiny peas ( if you like them)
1 cup sliced carrots
2 chopped onions
salt & pepper
1 can Cream of celery soup or mushroom or tomato thinned with 1/2 can water
1 BIG or 2 medium baking potatoes sliced or cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Flour and brown beef stew.
Place beef stew in a casserole dish that has a lid.
Add remaining ingredients, and bake in a 275º oven for 4-5 hours.
