1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Cardamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Optional: 2 Tbsp powdered sugar to dust cookies.

Preheat oven to 375º. Mix eggs, honey, sugar and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients, add and mix. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
