Ingredients:
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 envelope unflavored jello
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup whipping cream
1 large orange, peeled and sectioned

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple into measuring cup and add water to make 1 cup. Mix sugar and jello in small saucepan. Stir in pineapple liquid. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until jello dissolves. Pour into large bowl. Stir in orange juice and pineapple. Place bowl in ice water to speed setting. Chill, stirring several times, until syrupy-thick.

While jello chills, beat whipping cream until stiff in medium bowl. Still keeping large bowl in ice water, fold cream into pineapple jello.

Spoon into a 1 1/2 qt mold. Chill overnight.

When ready to serve, loosen dessert around edges with knife, dip quickly in and out of warm water. Invert on serving plate. Garnish with orange sections.
