1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 1 pint home frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup meduim white sauce
6 eggs, separated, (beat egg whites until stiff)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped, optional
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and mash. Add white sauce, onion, egg yolks and mayonnaise, stir well. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in greased casserole dish. Set in pan of hot water to bake at 250º for 1 hour.
