1 1/2 lbs of lean ground beef
1/2 C. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. of grated Onion
1 (10 1/2) can of tomato soup
1/2 Milk or you can use water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice, seasoning and onions. shape into balls. Put tomato soup into a baking dish and drop meatballs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

I served them over Mashed Potatoes. It is a great and easy dinner.
