1 onion
3 zucchinis
3 cups cold water
salt and pepper to taste
oil for sautéing

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and saute. Meanwhile, scrub zucchinis and cut them into medium size chunks. After onions are golden, add chunks of zucchini and saute for five minutes. Then add 3 cups cold water, and salt and pepper to taste. Keep on a high flame until it boils, and then lower it to medium-low flame. Let simmer for half hour. Remove from flame and puree.
