2 lbs cooked lobster meat
zest and juice of 2 lemons
1/2 -3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp capers
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut lobster into 1 inch chunks.

Put lobster in mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Start with just a 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, adding more if necessary to achieve just a light coating on lobster.
