1 1/2 lb carrots
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped onions
dash pepper
1/4 cup crushed saltines (about 7 crackers)
2 teaspoons margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in boiling salted water about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Place in 1 quart casserole. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spoon over carrots. Bake uncovered in a 350º oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
