1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 cups sliced celery
1 package (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 teaspoons salt
1 can (3 oz) chow mein noodles
1 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon oil
1 can mushroom soup
2 cups cooked rice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions and garlic in oil. Add celery, soup, and thawed vegetables. Stir in rice and seasonings. Turn into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole; cover and bake 25 minutes at 350º. Top with noodles. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
