4 medium Carrots
2 ribs Celery
1 small Onion
1-4 c. Tomato Juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
White Pepper and Salt to taste
2 medium Cucumbers
1 Green Pepper
1 tbsp. Plain Gelatin
1 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard

Directions:
Chop vegetables and drain well. (Press firmly in colander or sieve to remove all liquid possible. I sometimes remove seeds from cucumbers to keep from having too much liquid.) Soften gelatin in tomato juice. Heat to dissolve. Mix with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to vegetables and refrigerate. Use to spread sandwiches as desired and serve with assorted crackers or Melba toast.
