Butternut Squash
Cinnamon (to taste)
Sea salt (to taste)
Coconut oil (1-2 tbsp depending on how much squash)

Directions:
Directions:
cube butternut squash
toss in coconut oil
sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt
cook until tender, about 45 minutes at 425º

Personal Notes:
add as much cinnamon as you like, the sea salt brings out the flavor of the coconut oil. This is a great breakfast/brunch item.
