1 c. sugar
1 c. confectioner sugar
1c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugars. Add vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and gradually add.
Roll into balls. Dip the bottom of a glass into sugar and flatten balls. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
